The postpartum period is a time of deep transition, healing, and adjustment. My role is to support you in feeling rested, nourished, and confident as you settle into life with your baby.
I provide calm, personalized daytime support in your home, meeting you where you are and helping you navigate this season with more ease and reassurance.

Gentle guidance around sleep and daily rhythms
